Pacline offers a Human Machine Interface (HMI) that can convert any standard PAC-LINE™ overhead conveyor into an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).

The PACLINE Retriever™ is a cost-effective control station arrangement that allows an operator to call up any numbered location on the conveyor and automatically chooses the shortest retrieval path, either forward or backward. The applications include handling property storage bags, uniforms, printing dies, paint racks, patterns, molds and many more. With the Retriever™, a single control pad can be programmed to operate several independent conveyors.

The Retriever™ Generation 3.0 is Pacline’s latest model for high-precision and high-reliability storage solutions that is UL/CSA certified.It can accommodate simple as well as complex storage rack and numbering patterns.

Key Features of Pacline’s ASRS:

• Precision Position Retrieval: Achieve laser-accurate position detection with a precision of less than 0.012 inches and a retrieval accuracy of under 0.012 inches. There can be up to 9 customizable retrieval locations.
• Flexible Positioning Numbering: Accommodates irregular storage rack patterns with flexible position numbering and customizable retrieval locations.
• Automatic Calibration: The system automatically performs full-speed calibration and adjusts for incremental position errors, ensuring consistent accuracy.
• Plug and Play: Simplified installation with an on-screen setup wizard for quick and easy configuration.
• Reliable Data Retention: All data is fully retained during power loss, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

• Scalable Design: Capable of handling system lengths over 200 feet and supporting up to 1,500 storage positions per conveyor.
